Lovely dinner at Slate. Three courses and all of them were delicious. The place was busy but the service was great none the less. The pasta and pizza were well made and the chicken parmigiana had a great flavor with a little kick to it. The desserts were both a great end to the meal. The cheesecake was light and fluffy while the lava cake was deep and delicious.

Amazing food, everything is so fresh. Their bolognese spaghetti was one of the best I've tried. The Butternut Chardonnay is unlike most other white wines I've had, and pairs amazingly well with the Tuna steak. Definitely coming again.

Started taking pictures after we started eating so presentation doesnt match what we received. However, awesome food, amazing service and the people making it happen go out of their way to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Great fresh food, with top notch service. This family owned establishment is a great addition to the beaches and well worth your dollar for a great lunch or dinner. There cheese and beer platter is highly recommended.

I love it here :) it is by far my favorite restaurant in Toronto. The food is delicious and the drinks are so good. The vibe is great as well, and the staff are so friendly and kind, especially our server Christine (I hope I got her name right). I've been to Slate several times now, and have had a few important celebrations here which have been wonderful experiences.
