◉ Once after your online booking is submitted, please allow us some time to process and confirm your booking by sending you the confirmation email.

 

◉ When booking a large group table at SLATE, we might require a credit card number to hold the reservation. We understand that plans may change, and if you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We will call you to collect the credit card detail and confirm your booking.

 

◉ If you fail to show up for your reservation or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card.

 

◉ To ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that you confirm the time of your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. We also ask that you arrive on time for your reservation, as we may have other guests waiting for tables. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can try to accommodate your party.

 

◉ If you have any special requests or requirements for your table reservation, please let us know ahead of time, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
