Reservation Policy

At Slate, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and an unforgettable dining experience. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we have a table reservation policy that we kindly ask all of our guests to follow.

- When booking a large group table at Slate, we might require a credit card number to hold the reservation. We understand that plans may change, and if you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

- If you fail to show up for your reservation or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card.

- To ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that you confirm the time of your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. We also ask that you arrive on time for your reservation, as we may have other guests waiting for tables. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your party.

- If you have any special requests or requirements for your table reservation, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Whether you require a high chair, a specific table location, or have any dietary restrictions, our team will do our best to ensure that your dining experience at Slate is memorable and enjoyable.
